Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community and hope you are well.
There would be no option to enable multiple exceptions at this time, each has to be turn on manually.
This would be a Feature Request, I'd recommend you to reach out to your Account Manager, Sales Engineer or Sales Representative so that they can enter this request into our system.
Additionally, you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar
Have a nice day and thank you for choosing Sophos.
Cheers,

If you add all thise to one exception then you can enable and disable the sceptic with one click and if you setup a regex you don't need to create an exception for each url as you have.

Agreed, it is easier if it is all in one.
You can create as well and enable/disable using the XML API.
You can export WebFilterException then use 7zip to edit the xml file in-place in the tar as text to set each one to Enabled. Note: expanding the tar and editing it, then compressing back to a tar is a pain to get the format exactly correct. Easier to use 7zip.
I would add that IMO the KB could be clearer. Some exceptions effectively include other exceptions.
For example if you are using the exception for microsoft.com you don't need one for crl.microsoft.com.
So depending on what you have, you may not need to enable everything.
