unable to access lan resources from vpn

Hi Ravi Nagpal: Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. Only define resources will be allowed to access over VPN (if the existing tunnel is in split mode). If resources are already defined then please ensure the required rules are present (VPN to LAN) and (LAN to VPN) to allow access to required resources.

You may review your existing settings or configuration as per the below tech vid:

If the settings are fine and no luck then you may check TCPDUMP and Drop the packet on XG to validate more. Further, if it is still not getting fixed then you may log a support case for the next investigation. 

Many thanks for your response, all the settings mentioned in this video are already done, still the lan its are not able to be ping or open when we connect through vpn.
