SOPHOS IPsec Tunnel With Mikrotik Router Board

Dear All Sophos Expert Team,

How are you? Hope you are doing well,

A few days ago, I configured an IPSec tunnel between my Sophos XG firewall and my Mikrotik server located at a remote location. After configuring the IPSec tunnel, all of my network devices are connected to the remote server. This includes my IP phones, access points for the head office, and laptops for the head officer, but only ISSABEL local servers do not connect to my Mikrotik router. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

    -What's the result when you perform a traceroute/ping from ISSABEL to the remote network?

    -Have you tried to check for any logs on the FW side whenever ISSABEL servers tried to connect to the other end (vice versa)
