backup firewall

hi 

we want to set up the sending of the firewall backup every week but the smtp service does not work anymore can you guide us by taking over the firewall remotely

    Hi,

    Did this function ever work? What did you change that stopped it from working? Please post a copy of your backup settings, blocking out your mail details. For someone to remotely access your XG you will need to create a support case which I don't think is required to fix this issue. The forum members can guide you provided you provide sufficient details.

    If you are using Gmail, they have specific instructions for this.

    Firewall Configuration Backup
    Select Compliance > Config Backup tab.
    Under Config Backup there are two tabs: All Schedules - It shows all the schedules created for configuration backup. Backup Audit - It lists all the backups of the specified device based on different filter criteria.
