Thanks for the reply.

Getting error : "4.07 edd boot error" and screen is stuck there while trying to reinstall OS using ISO
Below are the steps I followed.

a) Downloaded the ISO from Sophos firewall.
b) Booted USB stick(pendrive) using Rufus
c) Connected the USB stick and monitor to the firewall and turned on the firewall.

Firewall truned on and after couple of minutes giving the error.

Try to update to 18.0.5 MR5 first, then go further.

Goto the tab "Upgrade information" this will give you the supported upgrade paths.

Booted and tried to install HW-18.5.5_MR-5-509.iso using USB stick with Rufus.

The screen is stuck in "SYSLINUX 6.04 EDD 6.04-perl Copyright (C) 1994-2015 H. Peter Anvin et al"
