We have a pair of XGS 6500s in HA. There's a possible scenario whereby we have a cloud based DR/'cold site' which has a requirement for a firewall.
I'm wondering, can I spool up a virtual XG in the cold site and import our live config, and expect it to more or less work? I've not tried it, that might be the next step but if it's just not going to work then I'll leave it.
Obv there are licensing implications but we'd be happy using evaluation for testing and if we had to go 'hot' then that would be another matter.
