Sophos Central Azure AD WLAN certificates

Hello all,

We are currently trying to change the authentication of our Wifi to certificates authentication, but are currently failing in the selection and setup of the RADIUS server.
We use an Azure AD (no local Active Directory available) and have already tried with Windows Server and NPS and with Linux Server (Ubuntu 20.04) and Freeradius.
Both attempts have been unsuccessful so far unfortunately.

Does anyone here have experience with an Azure AD and Wifi certificates and could help us with tips, or knows a good tutorial?

We use a Sophos XGS3100 and AP55 access points.
