Maybe it's a coincidence but since i upgraded tp 19.5 mr1 some mails are getting prefixed with [BULK].
I have SFOS running in MTA mode.

bulk email handling is a new feature we introduced in 19.5 MR1.
In the SMTP policy rule you can select an action to be carried out when the antispam engine classifies a message as "bulk".
Bulk messages don't qualify as spam, but could potentially be unwanted.
The default action for "bulk" in 19.5 MR1 is the same as chosen for "probable spam" (unless that is "drop", in which case we fall back to "quarantine"), so in your case it must be "warn" with the "Prefix bulk subject" set to "[BULK]".
