Sophos XG Firewall not collecting AD Users

Thank you for reaching out to the community, that is the architectural working of how the users pop in under the users section, they have to authenticate once.

Hi Vivek, thanks a million for your response. I have had a look at both methods however they don't seem to have a method to import AD users into the system. I should have at least 100+ users showing here. 

Is there a way I could have the firewall collect these details from AD as the user sign into their PCs or somehow? I have included the config below for what the authentication looks like. 

In accordance with the architect, users will only be created on XG when they authenticate on the XG user portal, web proxy, and other modules that require authentication.
