Web User notification customization - cannot change top and footer images

Hi Leonardo Mele  Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team, For HA configuration - it is a known issue reported in past, ID for the same is "NC-79378 - Uploading user-defined logo in user notification settings gives error" and as of now workaround solution is available in order to fix the same. Please log a case with the support team to confirm your issue and the reported error is similar to it or not and based on that support team may take it further for a workaround solution.

the workaround is to break the HA, customize the Web User Notification on the primary firewall and then reconfigure the HA (I don't know if this is the workaround of the NC-79378, I couldn't find it. Anyway, I will send debug logs to the support for troubleshooting purposes. Thank you and have a nice day!

Hi Leonardo Mele I checked with the case owner and once the required logs will be collected they will provide a further plan. If the issue is getting matched and (breaking HA is not possible then ) they will take it further to see other possible ways to fix the same.

logs have been provided to the support team. The agent told me that the issue is similar to the case that you quoted. It will be fixed in one of the next releases.

However, as mentioned, breaking the HA made the trick. I could finally upload custom images.
