1.) Email Protection Deployment mode ?
2.) Based on the deployment mode did you check the log files in debug mode ?
#SMTPS legacy proxy service - awarrensmtp.log [to enable/disable the debug: service awarrensmtp:debug -ds nosync]
#Mail transfer agent proxy service - smtpd_main.log [to enable/disable the debug: service smtpd:debug -ds nosync]
3.) Submit samples of phishing, spam, or false positive emails to Sophos Labs
