I need purge all Mail Spool from my Sophos XG Firewall, i have 180000 emails queued,19.0.1

I need to delete 180,000 mail spool sophos xgs v 19.0.1 i probe command line 

  • rm -rf /var/spool/output/db/ but dont work

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    I would recommend you open a case with support (if you have one already share it with us) rather than running the commands yourself as that might cause a corruption of the database that inturn can create further issues down the line.
