I've been using an XG230 for many years now, and frankly its a mess of old configurations all over the place, left over from various upgrades, failed tests and so on.
So now I have an XGS3100 and want to migrate some stuff over, but NOT do a full backup restore and possibly bring over rubbish from the old config.
The main things I want to import rather than configure new are all the VPNs, as those are configured properly. I have some site to site, and some SSL "road warrior" VPNs, about 50 configs total, and I need all of them. I assume the site to site will all work fine, as they are all configured using PSKs. But the SSL VPNs are all using the appliance certificate, so I assume that means https://19216811.cam/ if I copy those settings over to a new device, with a difference appliance cert, no clients will be able to connect.
I can also see there's no way to move the appliance cert over, other than restoring a backup.
So is there any way I can do this without needing to reconfigure all clients as well, or do I need to just deal with that?
