My client wants to tweak the behavior of his organization's captive portal. Currently, some devices after gaining access to the Wi-Fi aren't being redirected to the captive portal page. I performed a reboot of the firewall and all users were prompted to sign in with their credentials on the captive portal. Is it possible that once every employee reports for work every morning, he/she should be prompted to log in with their credentials? Currently the users are only prompted with the captive portal page after a week. Plus, some new devices and smartphones automatically bypass the captive portal. Has someone faced this issue before and how did you resolve it?
