can the apk of the old app be downloaded elsewhere?

We use a SG210 and none of the other authenticators (Google, Microsoft) are not working  The apps read the qrcode but the codes are wrong.

Intercept X is a mutch to heavy app. We only need authentifikation codes and no virus check etc.

At the moment i can't assign 2FA to new android devices due to the lack of a sophos app.

We had set the "Default token timestap" to 30 Seconds.

Do you know any solution why Google and MS authentificators doesn't work?
(UTM SG210 , "Default token timestap" set to 30)

There is no known issue in using G-Auth and MS-Auth ! I have got success while I tested in my labs ! Erik Puscher

Besides the "30 seconds" Problem i also have no clue why other apps then sophos authenticator and intercept x give me wrong codes.

have you tried with a different phone & different user ? 

Yes, with at least 5 different users and 5 different android phones.

On all of them the sophos authenticator works great. But the over apps doesn't

Yes, the download is good. I installed the apk and the MFA Code works perfect.
