How do I generate a new QR Code for the default admin account? New phone so had to reload authenticator and lost existing devices. I have access to the web interface using another admini account but cannot seem to locate a way to generate a new QR code for the default admin account.

Adding to what Vivek mentioned.
You can reset the Default Admin password via the CLI.
You can access it by using Putty then press > 2 (System Configuration) > 7 (Reset multi-factor authentication for Admin user)
It then will give you a warning saying it will delete all the OTP for the Admin user, and the next time the Admin login to the Web Admin, a new OTP token will be generated.
