Sophos v19 | VoIP configuration

Hi All,

One of the customers has a few VoIP phones in the premisses and I'm struggling to configure the connectivity between phones and the router I don't know whether this is a simple question or not but I need some help.

ISP sip trunk port IP Address is 172.16.X.X

Internal network, VoIP phone, IP range is 10.10.7.0 /24

I can't figure out how to define the interface for the ISP Sip truck connection. If anyone can help me, it's highly appreciated.

Hi,

setup seems a little strange to me. How is the ISP SIP port connected to the XG?

The customer said that the previous engineer configure the SIP port as a WAN Interface.

What does the sip port connect to? That address range is usually an XG internal address.

where is the isp voip service located?

Sip port connected to the ISP router. Router IP Range is 172.16.28.X, I need to pass the traffic to their router

So, the ISP router is actually a router in series with the XG?

Next, what is the WAN interface or is it the SIP port connection to the router?

Hi rfcat_vk

Please find the sample diagram below. this is sent by the customer. in the firewall I configured the separate VLAN for the VoIP Devices. all the VLAN traffic is handled by the firewall.
