Sophos Firewall blocking my website which is using cloudflare dns

Hi there folks, I am a new user to the firewall using it because I have many sites of my own and a lot of important data on my PC so after reading reviews I decided to use the firewall to protect all of it from brute force attacks and viruses but some times it blocks my own websites is there any way to add an exception for customs URLs? here's one https://sgmenu.org for sample checking.. do let me know...

    please advise which version of XG you are running.

    Please post a copy of your firewall rules in expanded version.

    I am using XG106w, and so far I have followed this guide  /sophos-xg-firewall/f/recommended-reads/123378/sophos-firewall-how-to-allow-specific-websites-without-authentication from Sophos recommended reads and for now, added sites in the list are working fine. But not sure if it will work in the long run. Is it a legit way to do it?

    It is indeed one of the legit method, other than that you can add it into the exception or create a FQDN base rule. Besides perform a nslookup for the website getting blocked via cloudfare DNS and then again with the global google DNS. for example see the output below:

    # nslookup sgmenu.org 8.8.8.8

    Domain Name # sgmenu.org
    Resolved Address 1# 104.21.90.116
    Resolved Address 2# 172.67.200.101
    Total query time # 201.19 msec
    Domain Name # sgmenu.org

    Resolved Address 2# 2606:4700:3035::6815:5a74
    Total query time # 211.78 msec

    # nslookup sgmenu.org 1.1.1.1
    Domain Name Server# 1.1.1.1
    Domain Name # sgmenu.org
    Resolved Address 1# 104.21.90.116
    Resolved Address 2# 172.67.200.101
    Total query time # 130.33 msec
    Domain Name # sgmenu.org
    Resolved Address 1# 2606:4700:8dde:e460:7bc5:0:d8f2:381b
    Total query time # 100.24 msec

    Thanks, for now, I will stick with the method I used earlier, and will also try the FQDN base rule.
