High consumption RAM and SWAP Memory

Hello everybody, how are you?
We are having a problem with SOPHOS appliances, model XG210 after the version upgrade.
We were in version 18.5 and upgraded to 19.1 and after this update our appliance started having a high consumption of RAM and Swap, this consumption is so high that the appliance freezes and restarts when it reaches 100% or we have to do a physical reboot on it.
In a ticket opened in SOPHOS, they recommended the upgrade to version 19.5, but even after the upgrade the appliance continues with the same behavior.
We have already disabled logs, eliminated unused rules, in Advanced threat protection we left the option Inspect untrusted content checked, and even after these actions it continues with high consumption.
Is anyone facing a similar problem? Could you help us?
Thanks
