I have installed Sophos XG but when configuring the WAN port, the Firewall does not recognize the network adapter. This a USB to RJ45.
Do you know if there a list of network adapters that are compatible with Sophos XG?
Hi,
basically XG does not support usb adapters except for some 4g devices. You could try installing a vm that might accept the usb device.
what hardware are you installing the XG in?

Thank you for reaching out to the community, as rfcat_vk suggested Sophos Firewall does not support in such way.
