Apart from web filter logs did you check Application logs under Log Viewer?

There was no problem in the web filter, but I noticed that it was dropping in the Application Filter. It's really funny that I checked everywhere and skipped it.

I solved the problem by giving permission from Application Filter. I probably thought that the exception permissions would exceed the web filter and application filter, so I didn't focus too much on those parts.

Yes, it was blocked here. I solved the problem by giving permission.

I thought the rules here would crush the web filter and application filter, but I was wrong.

Additionally when I use SSL /TLS filtering, sophos does not receive firmware updates.
