Hello everyone,
i have an virtualised Sophos xg with 4 cores and 6gb of ram. I saw that the version 19.5 is out now. Im on Version 19.1, i checked for new updates but get the massage no updates available. Then i tried to download the newest Version from the licensing center, i tried to upload the file to the firewall, i get the loading cycle and thats it nothing happening.
Can some one help me, to upgrade because, i do not know whats wrong that i do not get the update.
