XGS2300 (SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365)

We are experiencing high latency in connections on our internal network in the sip protocol, reaching over 100ms> in local network , we reviewed the entire structure, installed a new center and the latency continues.
We revised the rules we disabled sip alg and all known filters and inspections in the server rules yet the high latency continues on all stations,

I don't know where else to look, they were using sophos utm 9 and we didn't have this high latency. I'm having frequent audio problems.,
