Block Anydesk general

Hi Francis,

I suggest creating an Application Control Policy.

It looks like Anydesk is currently listed so you can block it as needed.

the customer does not have an endpoint license with sophos.

I want/need to do this blocking on the firewall.

Take a look at the following KB and this RR.

Remember that all computers would need to have the Sophos Appliance SSL certificate for Decrypt and Scan installed for this to work properly.

I managed to block as follows.

Applications > Application Filter > new rule named Block-Anydesk

In the rule I inserted a filter called AnyDesk and in the action I sent deny.

In rules and policies in the internet OUT rules, I inserted the rule created above in app control.

Anydesk lockout started to occur correctly.
