Failed XG Firewalls

10370778RMA is the associated RMA number - i dont have the first ticket. I am just trying to figure out with 2 of our 4 firewalls failing in the same fashion so close together if  others are having similar issues.

what is the environment like where the failing firewalls are located?

We have a lot of such devices ... without Hardware errors.
You have 4 errors with how many devices?
Where do you live/buy your devices?

Physical environment is 1 closet, low dust, hooked to ups, cooled. 1 server rack, clean room, hooked to ups, cooled to steady 70 degrees f. 

Both devices are a little overspecced for the sites they are in. Device isn't doing anything special but site traffic sitting behind a velocloud sdwan device, doing inspection and ssl/tls. 

2 failures out of 4 devices in less than a month total. All devices are just about 3 years old. We are in Colorado, USA, we buy and are supported through a reseller called Bullseye who is a Sophos partner.

Wow, that's a lot...and that's in a temperate Colorado climate as far as I know.
