XG310 Firmware questions

Question

We have a XG310 that is currently running 18.0.0 GA-Build354 and I had a few questions: 
 
 1- What is the GA version of firmware? In the release notes it mentions that some GA builds cannot run the latest version. 
 2- Is this even the correct firmware that this firewall should be running? When I go to the user portal and search for XG310 it says I should be running 18.5.5 MR5-Build509. Just want to make sure I'm updating the firewall to the correct version

 Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community and hope you are well. 
 Sophos Firewall OS v17.5 and 18.0 has been EoL I t is recommended to upgrade to the latest firmware version of v19.0, or v18.5. 
 You can go through this Best Practices when Upgrading SFOS: Best practice for Sophos Firewall firmware upgrade 
 It is strongly recommend that you migrate only to the approved versions listed on Upgrade Information https://docs.sophos.com/releasenotes/index.html?productGroupID=nsg&productID=xg&versionID=18.0 
 If you try to migrate to other versions and continue on, Sophos Firewall will show an alert asking you to confirm the migration before it restarts. If you confirm the migration, Sophos Firewall restarts with the factory configuration, and you lose your current configuration. 
 Kindly go through the Best Practice RR and Upgrade info before performing the upgrade activity and the practice of performing backups, reviewing rollback plan etc. and planning window hours as the upgrade would require downtime,
