Why my some of my action change not take effect after restarting sophos appliance please

Thank you for reaching out to the community, can you share the status of the following commands below from the advance shell:

1.) Service -S 
2. ) csc custom status
3.) route -n

So the services are running, can you validate if the routes in the output are present ?
for the second command just keep everything in small - csc custom status

There are some busy workers, but that should be clear if you execute the same command again and there is no service stuck as well. How long does it take to take the routing to take effect and work after the restart ?
