2 wan connections unable to access static ip's on one from main lan but can from outside

I have 2 wan connections 1 FTTP with 1 static ip and 1 FTTC with 6 static ip's, i have set up some nat rules for the main connection (FTTP) and they are accessable from inside the lan, i have also tried to setup some nat rules for 2 of the 6 ip's on FTTC and they cannot be accessed from the network but are available from outside the network.

is what ive done normal or have a missed somthing?
