I have a problem with our PS5. We are unable to download updates to software. Initially this was failing when it was connected via WiFi using Sophos hotspots. I connected it via a wire and it worked, for about a day.
I am pretty sure that my issue is tied to the connection tracker within the XG Firewall.
When I look at the log viewer I see the "invalid traffic" firewall blocks that have the message "Could not associate packet to any connection". That is what shows in the log viewer at the time of the download failure. Is this a red herring?

Pretty sure the remote IP for the downloads is the 96.17.103.43 (Akamai IP address).
Any thoughts?
