How to combine three wan to double the speed

I have three WAN, each line 20Mb, I need to merge to get total speed 60Mb not load balancing to found in final in speed test give me 60Mb

Just to be sure. This will not "double your speed". 
 Speedtests use multiple connections, so "it looks like double speed". 
 But one download of one file will always be limited to one ISP. This is due the technical restriction of the way MASQ works. 
 If you have a multiline download client, you will see an increase of speed. If you download one single file, it will be limited.
