Not Turn Off User Portal

Question

On my Sophos firewall, wan still appears to be open even though I have closed the user portal in the wan section under device access.
please help. 
only sslvpn is on in wan

Hi nnyu : Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. This could also be possible if you have set the same port for the User portal and SSL VPN. Can you please confirm you have used the same ports for SSL VPN and User portal? Example: If the user portal and SSL VPN both are set on Port 443 and over the WAN zone under Appliance access settings only SSL VPN is enabled then user portal access will also work which is currently expected. If you want to prevent user portal access then kindly change the port of the user portal to a different one from the SSL VPN Port.
