SSLVPN logs no longer showing source IP Address since upgrade from 18.5.4 to 19.0.1

Thank you for reaching out to the community, I seem to notice that too in my labs, in v19.5.0 GA, can you check whether you are able to see the real source IP when the user is authenticated on the user portal ?

sure on the on the user portal? or on the dashboard?

Only current activities->remote users  show the real IP currently. But it's obvious that this is no suitable logging.

Can you please check internally if it is a known issue? Else would need to open a support case.

As of now we do not have any known reported issue, but still I double check internally !
And upon replicating the scenario internally I noticed that with User portal it does show the original IP but with the connect client it shows me the original LAN IP, for the reference see the screenshot below:

Hi,

if logging in to userportal, the real public source IP of the user is logged in Authentication log.

but it's about VPN logs here, not userportal.

issue has been confirmed with the following:

ID NC-107481 it will be fixed in upcoming firmware version (V19.0.2 MR-2 , V19.5.1 MR-1)
