Sophos XG v17.5 - SSL VPN wont communicate with Subnet

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately when I get to the part to Create linked NAT rule, I don't have that option available. I think the documentation may be referring to V18 or higher. I've looked around the console and do not see those options anywhere. Please advise. We have about 20 people that cant work remotely right now so any help is appreciated. Thank you again.

However, I would recommend you to reach out to your Sales Engineer if you still need assistance with this type of configuration, especially if you’re using unsupported Firmware.

Thank you for your help. I tried everything and still had no luck. Even called Tech Support (hats off to the techs that tried to help when they didn't have to since it was EOL). Anyways, I ended up ordering a new appliance (XGS-116) last night that will hopefully be here by Sat.

One last question, will I be able to backup all my settings from the XG85 and restore to the XGS116? Thanks again for your help.
