Question

Hi I have a firewall who is behind an ISP router The wan port is connected directly to my ISP router via PORT 2 and i've assigned to it a private IP@ 
 Now when deploying RED devices , the support asked me to give the Port 2 a public IP@ , wish i don't have , because the ISP gave me only one public IP@ What should i do ? is there a nat solution or a port to open in ISP router to make this work ? In the picture below the discussions with the sophos support

RED is connecting to your IP; you are giving in your screenshot. THis has to be an Internet IP or an DNS. 
 You can use DDNS services to have a DNS record, which keeps up 2 date. 
 But You have to configure a NAT on your ISP router, to DNAT the traffic from the router to the firewall. Otherwise this will not work.

Thank you for reaching out to the communicating, ensure on the upstream router and from the ISP the RED service Ports should be open and they are as follows:
1.) TCP 3400
2.) UDP 3410
