Hi, I am trying to create a user to download the configuration files for the Sophos vpn client and I can't. I already have the vpn configured in the firewall but it won't let me create a user or enter the portal for users. I already have the vpn configured in the firewall but it won't let me either create a user or enter the user portal to download the configuration files.
