CAA - Server is not thrustworty! MAC

Have you tried the following KB for troubleshooting?

I tried both.

I also trusted the certificates manually and renewed root certificate.

Adding to what Erick mentioned, for urgent/critical cases, we recommend you call our hotline.

As a workaround, and if the user is connected directly to a network behind the Firewall, you can create a Clientless user with their MAC address and a Static IP.

That sounds great. Where do I do this?

This is a new option for me.

I didnt call because - there are 2 types of "critical" ;)
