Add AD User to SSL VPN

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

To confirm, have you added their AD user to the SSL VPN profile, and are you testing from a network not connected or behind the Sophos Firewall?

Yes - I believe I have added this user to the SSL VPN profile, but can you tell me where to look, just in case?

And yes - I am testing from outside the network.

on Firewall side - May we check if what does the Firewall logs on log viewer says about the error? 

Also, please try to connect the said user again and while performing, do this command 'tail -f /log/sslvpn.log' on CLI https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.5/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Logs/LogFileDetails/index.html 5. Device Management > 3. Advance shell

On user side - May you also share error encountered on the SSL VPN client? 

Kindly try also if reimporting the config file would help resolving?
