XG 450: Reimage - arithmetic syntax error

Hello,
I have a problem with a Firewall XG 450 rev 1.
I replaced the original SSDs with Entrprise SSDs, I recreated the Raid 1 and then I followed the official Sophos's guide
to reimage the appliance:

docs.sophos.com/.../index.html

The problem is that once booted from the USB disk, the following error appears:

/bin/insfw.sh: line 192: arithmetic syntax error
tail: can't open 'tmp/xgs-fw-install.log: No such file or directory
tail: no files
press y to reboot

Has anyone had the same problem?
Can you help me?
Thank you

  • Hi,

are you using the specific hardware version of XG or the general ISO version? I suspect the generat ISO (SFOS) version does not support raid arrays.
