Bought a used XG210 Rev 2 No OS installed

Hey all,

I bought a used XG210 Rev 2 and once I opened it up I saw it had no RAM and no storage installed. I have installed those now and when I power up the unit the orange display says Sophos Protection, but I can’t get any other signs of life out of it. I have burned the OS iso file to both the SSD I installed and a USB stick. When I connect a monitor to the VGA port I get no video https://100001.onl/.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    You should see the bios and boot messages ... otherwise the device may be really dead.

    you can try to boot a live-cd.

    You've probably already gathered you've been scammed, I've only ever seen an orange LCD on the SG not an XG's (which are blue - so that's another red flag) and if there's no video, it sounds pretty much dead to me too. They are basically an Intel PC, so you can boot up a Linux (or windows) live CD just fine - I've done that a few times to get the XG software home version on there.
