Wan-Link Manager shows wan down, but in reality its up

Question

On top of it showing the WAN as down, its always showing 25% packet loss. WHereas if I connect my laptop directly to the ISP router, the is no packet drop.

Yes, i was avoiding it since it would also delete all the rules associated with it, but ultimately i have deleted it and created the WAN interface again. Now the issue is resolved.

My Solution was to hit SAVE again under Interface configuration.

Maybe there is an MTU size problem or a Speed negotiation problem with that interface and the fiber modems?

 For the issue related to "Gateway failover rule couldn't be updated" you might be affected by NC-109120 
 As Rfcat mentioned, create a case and mention the NC above.
