Sophos XG Website blocked

Does anyone have a clue what the reason is? Can i somehow fix it?

Some of the steps from below RR will help to narrow down the situation and to troubleshoot the issue.

Actually the first step is to give a better description than "problem with opening" and to look at the Log Viewer for Web Filter (and if you are using DPI mode, the SSL/TLS inspection log).
