XG 210 Manual Firmware Update

Have an XG210 that I'm going to use for our active/passive HA.  I don't have it connected to WAN; only connecting straight to it via port 4444 via laptop on LAN port.  I've downloaded firmware version HW-19.0.1_MR-1.SF300-365.sig, which was the choice to d/l when I searched my serial number (also matches the production firewall).  When I go to upload or upload/boot from the firmware page, the wheel spins once and then nothing ever happens.

What might I be doing wrong?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You’re in a very old and unsupported version. I'd recommend you take a backup, re-image your device, and add using the restore function after.

    Or try to upgrade to 17.5 first, then 18.5 and then 19.0
