Unfortunately, this is currently not available on SF right now, as an alternative you could use IPsec Tunnel status Email notification.

Also, Kindly up this for a Feature Request if you are keen to be using this in the future:  Sophos Ideas Portal Retirement  

You could submit a request to your local partner/SE/AM or on the "Feedback" section on the Dashboard of your Sophos Firewall.
