Rpc issue when i pool through wmi using STAS

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Check the Windows Firewall settings on the RPC server. If the firewall is enabled, ensure traffic on TCP port 135 is allowed to pass. If the server is running Windows Server 2003, the Windows Firewall may not correctly handle RPC dynamic port allocation.

other user device working fine and server version 2016 windows firewall is disable.
