OpenVPN on Sophos XG - connection from Devolution Remote Desktop Manager

Hi everyone,

I work as sysadmin in a MSP company, to manage our customer we use RDM.

98% of our customers use Sonicwall or Sophos XG firewall. Sonicwall NetExtender integration works fine on RDM, but we never found a way to get this working on Sophos XG firewall.

Today, with some spare time to use I tried again with .ovpn file and worked, but only for me.

I need a way to have this working for all my coworkers without the need to download the .ovpn cert for every customer.

A way seems the custom mode from rdm (I've only used the cert way 'til now) but I don't know where to find all the needed parameters on the appliance.

I tried to take the CA key, client key from the .ovpn cert opening this as text file but w/o success.

Any ideas?

What CA,Client and TLS i have to download? Where?
