Hello Guys,
i am currently new to all the networking and that stuff. I just a bought a used sg 105 Rev 1 and i tried to configure it. But the problem is that i cant get it running with a correct license. I tried to get the license from myutm.sophos.com and it wont accept it. Is there an option to get it free or do i have to pay for the firewall?
Another question is, if I can install an other firewall operating system for example pfsense or opnsense. I tried to install sophos home firewall and it wants to have at least 4 gb of memory and my SG105 Rev 1 has only 2 gb.
I hope i can get an answear from you guys.
