Block computers from updating windows

I have created a rule and applied it to a policy but still not blocking. I have attached screenshots of the rule i created and the policy i applied it in.

    Are you using the proxy or DPI. If you are using the proxy you can tick the block QUIC box. Currently the DPI I believe does not inspect UDP traffic.
