Redirect all web traffic through VPN

Hi

we have some users working from other countries and they cannot access some websites in Australia due to its some government websites allowing only local users from AUS visit the site.

They are using SSL VPN and they cannot still access these websites.

Is there a way to get them routed through our firewall?
