SSL VPN Live Users - User disappears

Hi,

We are currently setting the firewall up for VPN and we have SSL VPN running (we couldn't use IPSEC as the product is just nowhere mature enough :( this is very sad for an enterprise product!) anyway.... In 'Live Users' the users disappear from the Live Users list when connected through SSL VPN (or even IPSEC) after the period of time set out in the Global Settings -> "Maximum session time-out" setting in Authentication -> Services. If the users are still on the VPN these users don't then reappear when they send the next bit of traffic. I don't understand how this is. Surely either the user is Live or us not. They should not be still on the VPN and not appear in the 'Live Users' list!!! Is this a bug ???
