Sophos XG 750 V19 -Emails

When we upgraded to V19, we are facing email challenges. When you tick scan emails, the emails will not be delivered to the exchange servers.

Its configure in MTA mode

We reconfigured the backup device in V18.5 and its working fine . bt on V19 some emails are not delivering

Can you share the logs from the logviewer screenshots ?
and also the smtp_main.log
